One check before you start
Price IQ emails you when a quote needs approving or has been approved. This makes sure those emails reach your Inbox, not Junk. It takes a minute and you only do it once.
Sent to . Look for Price IQ: confirm your email from noreply@dtc-iq.app.
In your Inbox? Click Confirm and open Price IQ in the email. Done.
In Junk? The button will not work there. Move it to your Inbox and trust the sender first:
Outlook on the web, or new OutlookSelect the email, choose Report, then Not junk. Then Settings, Mail, Junk email, Safe senders and domains, Add, type noreply@dtc-iq.app, Save.
Classic Outlook on a PCRight-click the email, Junk, Not Junk, and tick Always trust email from this sender.
Outlook on your phoneOpen the email, tap the three dots, then Move to Inbox or Not junk.
Then open it from your Inbox and click the button.
Nothing in Inbox or Junk after 5 minutes? DTC's email filter may be holding it. Tell Bradley.
